Trias Gallery is hosting a wonderful new exhibition titled, “The French Collection”, paintings of the South of France by Oakville artist David Peacock. The show will run from May 6 – 17. Of special note, the Opening Reception will be on Thursday, May 7 from 7 – 9pm, to run concurrently with Bronte Village’s ‘Lake Walk’ evening. On hand will be resident Bronte pastry chef, Miriam Folkins, to supply a French selection at the reception. She is best known for her past contributions to Canadian Living magazine and working with Jump and Langdon Hall.
