Local Farmer’s Markets

Market season is underway! It’s a place to learn about healthy food, meet and connect with the community and where farmers are able to showcase their produce and products to a welcoming audience.  What draws people to the market week after week varies, maybe it’s to get out for some fresh air, experience a community feel or simply to eat healthy, locally-sourced goods. Whatever your reason is, visiting a farmer’s market is always an enjoyable experience. Burlington and Oakville’s markets will all soon be in full swing, with some already open.
