The Beverly is a new restaurant that has been added to Hamilton’s thriving food scene. The culinary and social vision for the Locke Street establishment takes classic breakfast foods and gives them a fun twist. All of the food has a fresh take on brunch to make it more fun and more exciting. Culinary inspiration comes from Chef Mark Brown, who is new on the Hamilton food scene but no stranger to eclectic dishes.
The space itself is a nice contrast of modern furniture and old-time brick, with plenty of natural light spilling through the windows. The team at the Beverly will tell you that the restaurant envisions itself more than a place to eat; it embodies a personality like Bev herself: the neighbourhood mom’s home where everyone gathers. Beverly loves to entertain, but she doesn’t take herself too seriously.
So, just like every time you visit mom for a home cooked meal, the dishes and cutlery might not match but you’ll want to sit down for some good food and a good chat!
