Did you know that guacamole dates back to the 1500s? It’s been said that the Aztec empire created this tasty blend of a spread using the exact same list of ingredients that local restaurants use today! Back then it was called “ahuaca-mulli”. Translation: avocado-mixture or avocado-sauce. Either way, we love it.
