The 11th Annual Art Gallery of Hamilton Art Sale takes place April 12 to 15, in support of Education and Programming and the AGH. An important local initiative, this signature event provides opportunities for emerging and established artists to develop their professional practice while making contemporary art available to the community.
With more than 240 pieces of original artwork by 83 regional artists, the curated AGH Art Sale features paintings, illustrations, printmaking, photography, ceramics, glass, mixed media, textiles and jewellery.
Serving a variety of price points and styles, art lovers will discover their next favorite piece, collectors will build upon their growing collection and budding enthusiasts will find the perfect work for their exciting first purchase. Purchase prices start at $100.

The AGH is thrilled to once again work with artist Raymond Girard, whose most recent installation, Hamilton, Unbuilt is a featured piece for the 2018 AGH Art Sale.
In 2015, The Art Gallery of Hamilton worked alongside Girard who built and installed an impressive 21 foot Lego Metropolis located at the newly built Ron Joyce Children’s Health Centre. This permanent installation was constructed using over 500,000 Lego pieces and is an inspirational example of how the RJCHC is dedicated to a holistic approach to healing.
