Is it time to up your kitchen game? The Casual Gourmet offers classes for people of all ages and experience. The Casual Gourmet Kitchen is an interactive educational environment where each class is demonstrative in nature with elements of hands-on learning and always includes lots of sampling, tasting and fun! Kids in the Kitchen Classes:

Fostering a love for health and cooking early in Jr. Chefs, classes look to teach and instill:

• How to easily incorporate healthy food everyday

• How to make nutritious choices by creating simple substitutions

• Develop an understanding of what local food is and why nutrition is
essential for energy and learning

• How to appropriately and safely use tools

• Develop confidence and independence in the kitchen
