Join us on Saturday, January 25, 2014 for:

Visitor Appreciation:

Free hot beverage, 10am – 9:30pm, Park Store – with voucher

Free cupcake, 10am – 9:30pm, Park Store – with voucher

“Ask the Naturalists”, 1pm – 4pm, Park Store – hands on activities and crafts

Bon Fire starting at 10am, Rink area

Draw Prizes, 10am – 9:30pm, Park Store (1st Prize Annual Pass, 2nd Prize Summer Pass, 3rd Prize Winter Pass)

Meet our Park “Friends”, 1pm – 4pm. Find out who our “Friends” are how to become a one!

Plus these regular attractions:

Day-use gates open 8am – 10pm, Day-use off Burloak Dr.

Skating Rink, 9:30am – 9:30pm

Skate Rentals, 10am – 9:30pm. $5/hr, Heated Change Rooms
Park Store, 10am -9:30pm. Hot Food and Hot drinks, Snack food, Park Souvenirs, Skate Rentals $5/hr

Play barn, 9am – 4pm, Kids 10yrs & younger

Children’s Farm, 9am – 4pm. Variety of farm animals

Toboggan Hill, 8am – dusk, weather permitting (snow)

Trails, 8am – dusk, with limitations

Trails in the wood areas remain closed until all hazardous trees are removed/ cleared.  

Non-treed sections are open: ski, snowshoe, walk – no equipment rentals.

Leash Free area (day-use), 8am – dusk. Exercise for you and your dog!

Some areas of the park remain closed due to dangerous hanging limbs in trees or downed trees across trails. Please obey signs and roped off areas. It will take some time for the park to recover but staff are working diligently to deal with the challenges of the storm.

Areas which remain closed: Disc Golf, Wooded trails, Campground.
