At once an old friend and welcome stranger, garlic is a fitting choice for our final Edible Weekend. Join us for a celebration of this kitchen essential, and learn more than you ever wanted to know! See the difference between imported supermarket garlic and its homegrown cousin, and learn why garlic has enjoyed a prominent place in folklore for centuries.
