Jazz Vocalist Kellylee Evans

Born in Scarborough, Kellylee Evans is now a top Canadian jazz vocalist. She received the Vocal Jazz Album of the Year award at the 2011 Junos for Nina. In 2013 she released her most recent album, I Remember When, showcasing her vocal skills yet again. This time she chose songs by the likes of Eminem, John Legend and Kanye West, taking them into her own world of jazz, soul and hip-hop while adding a few classics. Performing in the intimate Community Studio Theatre only amplifies the feeling that you’re sitting in a top jazz club.
