Mindfully Assertive is a workshop on learning how to set personal boundaries, on how to be more assertive, on how to let people know how you feel in a respectful way, on how to say ‘no’, and on boosting your self-esteem. At the end of every session we will explore different ways of reducing stress and tension using mindfulness techniques.
Starting Wednesday May 21st, it will be held every week at Private Matters Psychotherapy. The workshop starts at 6:30pm and ends at 8:30pm.
