There will be activities in the museum and an exclusive ticketed Mother’s Day “Great Gatsby” themed Tea with a delicious tea menu, live music & a surprise host! Not to be missed! Make a “fascinator” hair accessory before you sit for tea! Enjoy outdoor activities such as a garden sale, displays and workshops, our new nature trail and more!

Tea Times: 11am, 12noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm

Tickets for tea must be purchased in advance

$25 Adult, $20 Children (5-12yrs), (Under 5yrs free)

*Tea runs at hourly intervals, beginning at 11:00 a.m.

Enjoy free admission throughout the grounds and museum, tours with our costumed interpreters, take in historic cooking & sampling in the historic Ireland House Museum, a garden sale, displays and workshops including heritage gardening demonstrations historic gardener from Dundurn Castle, outdoor activities, our new nature trail and more!

Ten minute demonstrations on “Pruning Lavender” will take place at 12:30, 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. Sue Mattie, owner of Stoney Hollow Lavender, a Lavender company based in Burlington, will show you how to prune your lavender plant as well as the best time of year to prune. There will be samplings of Stoney Hollow Lavender’s Lavender-Lime Iced Green Tea, while quantities last!
