Sarah Slean, one of Canada’s finest songwriters on piano and vocals, accompanied by a five-piece string ensemble, drummer and multi-instrumentalist and back-up singer, creating everything from moving, luxuriously orchestrated balladry to epic, rousing pop rock – all woven together with Slean’s insightful poetry and a healthy dose of cabaret.
