favourites, called L’Habitant.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail
shaker, add ice and shake for about
5 to 6 seconds until well blended and
strain into a chilled glass. Garnish
with twisted lemon peel.

1/2 oz Maple Syrup

2 dashes of bitters
