Aldershot Tree Village Lighting

 

 

Burlington, ON — The Aldershot Village BIA is kicking off the holiday season with its much-loved Village Tree Lighting Celebration on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 3:30 to 6:30 PM, with the official lighting ceremony taking place at 6:00 PM on Plains Road.

 

This annual tradition brings the Aldershot community together for an evening filled with holiday spirit, live entertainment, and family fun. The event will feature Santa and friends, face painting, balloon twisting, an outdoor vendor market, and plenty of hot chocolate, treats, and sweets. Guests can also enjoy hot dogs served by the Aldershot Lions Club and take part in the Cram-a-Cruiser Food Drive supporting local families in need. “The Village Tree Lighting is one of our favourite community events of the year,” said Andrea Dodd, Executive Director of the Aldershot Village BIA. “It’s a time for neighbours to come together, celebrate our local businesses, and share the magic of the holiday season.” The Aldershot Village BIA welcomes residents, visitors, and dignitaries to join in the celebration and enjoy the festive atmosphere that makes Aldershot a special place to live, work, and shop.
