small Homestead produces 75% of their food, including vegetables, fruit trees
and bushes, dairy goats, pigs, chickens and bees. Rob & Chris will cover
gardening, food preservation techniques, animal husbandry and more!
Rob & Chris Croley live on ½ acre
nestled on the bench of the Niagara Escarpment with 2 dogs, 4 stubborn goats, a
bunch of chickens and one ornery rooster named Big Blue Lou. They have been
organic gardeners for 35 years and love to share their passion for a simpler,
more self-sufficient lifestyle.
