Jane and Cory met in the restaurant business in 2004 and married in 2006. Since then, they’ve always had the desire to open a new restaurant with a unique but inviting atmosphere! When their daughter Addison arrived in June 2011, they decided to go through with their dream and open J.A.C’s (Jane, Addison, and Cory).

J.A.C’s menu fuses Italian and French cuisine, from slow cooking to a quick sizzle. With many options to choose from, including their award-winning slow-roasted Tomato Soup, Veal Bolognese, and AAA Steak Frites.
