Event Details

This 5-week “Introduction to Meditation” course starts on September 13th. We will meet every Wednesday through the 11th of October. This is a great way to learn about all the health benefits a meditation practice can deliver. Each weekly session is an hour long, with a 20-25 minute guided meditation, a brief dharma talk and Q&A.
