A Sp'egg'tacular Easter Event

This year we are
excited to welcome families back to the grounds of Ireland House Museum for our
Sp’egg’tacular Easter Event! Children will be able to hunt along our Easter
trail, search for woodland creatures and gather eggs of different colours. At
the end of the trail, they will receive a bag of Easter popcorn. The Easter
bunny will be on site for staged photos, and there will be a craft available
for children to take home. There will also be a small market of local vendors
and more family friendly activities!
Capacity is
limited, please pre-register for the event and note your selected arrival time.
Reservations are available on the hour. The cost is $10/child (ages 3-12),
there is no charge for accompanying adults. Walk-in guests will be accommodated
space permitting.
Important Notes:
-Masks are required
in tents/enclosed spaces and highly recommended throughout the grounds.
Bring your own baskets for egg collecting!
-The event is
exclusively outdoors (washrooms are the exception), please dress for the
weather. The historic Ireland home will not be open for touring during this
event due to limitations on physical distancing.
-Parking is
available at MM Robinson High School, please note, the walk to Ireland House
Museum is approximately 10 minutes (1 km)
-Debit/credit is
the preferred method of payment for admission, some of our vendors may require
cash, please note there is no ATM onsite.
