📣 This Saturday! Step Back in Time at the Agricultural History of North Oakville 📣

The old schoolhouse and grounds will come alive for a one-day celebration of local history and farm life — and you’re invited!

• Wash clothes the old-fashioned way and colour our giant farm table
• Meet farm animals, milk a model cow, watch corn shelled and early engines roar
• See the 1929 Rumely tractor that once worked the Palermo fields
• See a 1948 Oakville fire truck, visit the old Palermo Market and watch the blacksmith at work
• Take a picture with the Head Teacher, ring the school bell, play vintage games and enjoy free popcorn
• Meet local historians, trace your family roots, learn about Indigenous trails
• Take a tour of Pioneer Palermo Cemetery, historic downtown Palermo, and enjoy tea at the 1812 Palermo United Church
