Discover the art of wheel throwing in this Introduction course. Perfect for those new to wheel throwing. Our 8 week course will teach you the fundamentals of creating pottery pieces on the wheel. Learn techniques such as centering, shaping, trimming and more. Our experienced instructor will guide you every step of the way. Whether you’re looking to develop a new hobby or just want to try something new, we look forward to meeting you.

This course includes everything you need to create your pieces. Instruction, equipment, clay, tools, paint, firing and glazing.

Who is this class for?
Complete beginners. This workshop is intended for adults 18 .
Younger? Reach out to us to ask about teen and children’s workshops.

How long is the session?
3 Hours with clean up included.

What do I make?
At the beginning of the course the instructor will go through all projects planned and go through the 8 week schedule, the projects can change if the group all agree. Projects are planned to suit the level of the course.

Is it your first time?
We love to share our love of clay with you and everything we’ve learned through years of playing with clay. This course is a great introduction to pottery.

Pick Up
Pieces usually take 3-4 weeks. We email everyone when the pieces are ready for pick up.
