DOUBLE FOR LARGE PIZZA
INGREDIENTS

Small Bardō pizza dough

2oz Marinara sauce

1/4 cup Mozzarella
-
1/4 cup Spicy salami
-
3 tbsp lemon ricotta
-
Chili honey to garnish
-
4 Fresh Basil Leaves to garnish
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pre-heat oven to 500° F.
- Brush a baking sheet with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Dust your pizza dough with flour and stretch the dough with your hands from the middle to the outside until desired
size (it may need time to rest). - Transfer dough to baking tray.
- Top with desired ingredients (listed above) and bake for 10 - 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and bottom is crisp.
- Garnish with chili honey and basil leaves.
- Cut into slices and serve.
