t’s summer, and for most of us, it’s time to do some travelling,
whether it’s for the long-anticipated summer vacation, or for a casual
weekend at the cottage. With this in mind, we’ve gathered a few
useful packing tips as well as some advice from local downtown
Oakville retailers. Bon Voyage!
MAKE A LIST
Write down all the things you’ll need/want to bring and include even
the obvious pieces: toothbrush, device chargers, passport… and re-
member to stick to your list to avoid over-packing.
TRAVEL LIGHT
Thankfully it’s summer, so shorts, sandals, swimwear and light blouses
or T-shirts are the order of the day. No need for the heavy suitcase you
used for your winter getaway – a light travel bag should do the trick!
