SUMMER TRAVEL TIPS
We asked two downtown Oakville
business owners what they MUST
HAVE in their summer travel bags.
Blake Lennox of Burrows:
1. A travel blazer that’s
lightweight,
unlined
and
wrinkle
resis-
tant. “Something that
you can throw over your
shoulders to go out for dinner
but also roll in a ball and sleep on
during a long haul flight.”
2. Lightweight sweaters: cotton is
best. “These can be helpful on a
chilly airplane ride or in the eve-
nings.”
3. Slip on shoes. “They’re easy to
slip on and off at airport security.”
Jenna Godin of The Ten Spot:
1. Coola Organic cu-
cumber matte sunblock
to naturally shield and
nourish skin.
2. OPI nail polish in “Taupless
Beach”: it’s not too bright, not too
dull. Perfect for a polished look
while you’re away.
3. Havaianas flip flops for comfort
and style.
