30g of Emmental
30g of 3 Year Aged Cheddar
30g of Brie
1 to 2 tbsp of butter chopped
Two slices of bread

Heat up a frying pan on medium heat, or preheat panini/sandwich press to 400 degrees

Butter the outsides of 2 slices of bread

Place the Emmental on the bottom

Brie in the middle (Rind on if its not too thick)

Cheddar on the top

It's Important to have the Brie in the middle to prevent it from melting into the bread

Cook for 5-10 mins depending on chosen cooking method, flip halfway through

Cook until the cheese is fully melted on the inside
