INGREDIENTS
(with Barnburner Whisky)
- 1 ½ oz Barnburner Whisky
- ¾ cup hot water (around 175°F)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 clove or star anise
(optional)
METHOD
Heat the water just below boiling, stir in maple syrup and lemon juice, then add Barnburner Whiskey. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a clove. The whisky’s caramel and vanilla notes make this warming and beautifully balanced.
